Cleveland Riley, theft by unlawful taking, burglary, 3rd degree, theft by unlawful taking under $500-gasoline, burglary, 3rd degree, theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more, burglary, 2nd degree, theft by unlawful taking, theft by unlawful taking-parts from vehicle-2 counts. Continue to May 24. Remain law abiding, no new offenses, no contact with complaining witness, no contact with Josh Sparkman, not to possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs, subject to random drug testing. Bond set at $14,750 cash or $29,500 property.
