Felony

Danielle N. Greene, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to DUI 1st with aggravator. $718 due, $300 bond applied, $418 fine and court cost due July 24, 30-day loss of license, attend and complete ADE program with proof of enrollment due May 29. Failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, no tail lamps, insufficient head lamps, rear license not illuminated, fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree, failure to notify address change to DOT merged and dismissed.
Sarah J. Horseman, review. Apply $150 bond to restitution due and balance. Continue to May 29 for payment in full.
Kristin Middeler, Review. Failure to comply. Noncompliance. Issue bench warrant $5,000 cash.
Everett C Sullivan Jr., criminal mischief-2nd degree, wanton endangerment-2nd degree. Continue to May 29.
Corey A. Waldrup, theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to May 29.

Shandi McDowell, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc .08, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Continue to June 26.
Kaitlyn D. Mitchell, theft by unlawful taking amended to theft by unlawful taking under $500. Open guilty plea entered. 12 months conditionally discharged for 2 years, no new offenses, pay restitution to Charles Miller. Restitution of $327; fee $16.35 due May 21. If restitution is paid within 12 months, withdraw guilty plea and dismiss.
Devonna Payton, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Diversion-pass for 3 months and if no problems will dismiss, no new offenses, no unlawful contact with Mr. Smith. Review Aug. 21.
Latosha R. Rabourn, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st & 2nd offense dismissed without prejudice.
Lee Smith, disorderly conduct, 1st degree, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Diversion, pass for 3 months and if no problems will dismiss. No unlawful contact with complaining witness, no new offenses, $100 diversion fee and review Aug. 21.
William E. Smith, harassing communications. Diversion-pass for 6 months and if no problems will dismiss, no contact with complaining witness, no new offenses, $100 diversion fee and review due Nov. 13.

Christian D. Carter, failure to wear seat belts. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Dwayne S. Casteel, failed to appear review. Continue to May 29.
Joshua D. Clift, speeding 13 mph over limit, one headlight, fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree, failure to produce insurance card. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to May 29.
James Cornish, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to May 29 with proof of insurance.

Guilty plea entered to DUI, 1st $718 fine and court cost due today, 30 day loss of privilege to drive in KY, attend and complete ADE program.
James E. Falb, overweight on bridge. Guilty plea entered. Fine and court cost paid.
Romel Gonzalez, show cause for $243 due. Ok, paid.
Douglas A. Hopper, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 2nd offense. Guilty plea entered to 2nd with aggravator, 12 months loss of license, 14 days jail, 8 days credit, $868 fine and court cost due Jan. 22, attend and complete multiple offender’s ADE program, impoundment order signed. Driving on DUI suspended license, 1st offense merged, failure to produce insurance card dismissed per proof.
Rea Hugge, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to June 26 with valid license.
Jill M. Jester, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. $25 fine due June 26. No or expired registration plates dismissed per proof.
Jose Lopez, failure to wear seat belts, no operators or moped license. Guilty plea entered. $268 fines and court cost due, $100 paid today, $168 due June 26.
Shandi McDowell, failure to produce insurance card, license to be in possession dismiss per proof. Careless driving. Guilty plea entered. $163 fine and court cost due June 26.
Richard R. McGarvey, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 2nd offense. Continue to May 29.
William L. McQueary, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt dismissed per proof.
Nicholas L. Minehart, overweight on state bridge with reduced gross weight. Guilty plea entered. $309 fine and court cost due Nov. 16.
Arthur D. Murray, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card, careless driving. Suppression hearing July 2.

Operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol under 21 years of age.
