Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

The cases below were heard  in Trimble County Court the week of April 9-13, 2012.

Felony

Shaina M. Fornash, unlawful possession of meth precursor, 1st offense, tampering with physical evidence, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing April 24.
Brandy M. Haines, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Waived to Trimble County Grand Jury.

Misdemeanors

James Alexander, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st & 2nd offense, disorderly conduct, 2nd degree. Guilty plea entered. $203 fine and court cost, apply bond and refund balance; 10 days conditionally discharged for 2 years. Menacing, dismissed.
Diana Burch, show cause for payment-2 cases. Paid. Review May 8.
Jerell Farley, 18 charges of theft by deception-cold checks under $500. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to May 8.
Daniel R. Fluhr, possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified amended to control substance prescription not in original container; drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Guilty plea entered. 15 days conditionally discharged for 2 years, $403 fine and court cost due Oct. 9. Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, 1st offense dismissed.
Michael R. Gorbant, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Dismissed.
Kevin Lee McClain, diversion review. Dismissed.
Patrick Dean Mefford, theft by unlawful taking dismissed without prejudice.
Lori Shirk, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc .08, 1st offense, disorderly conduct, 2nd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to May 8.
William Emanuel Smith, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offenses. Continue.
Billie Jean Turley, failed to appear review. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to April 17.

Traffic

Joul Alicia, no operators or moped license. Guilty plea entered. $238 fine and court cost paid. Recall DOT and warrant.
Nicholas A. Bosiljevac, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered. $400 suspended $243 fine and court cost due.
Danny Ray Bridwell Jr., operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Guilty plea entered to amended no operators license in possession. Court cost $143. Continue to April 24 for payment. Recall DOT notice.
Gregory T. Bush, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. .08, 1st offense, disregarding stop sign. Failed to appear. Notify DOT and warrant $1,000.
Jessie R. Crawford, review. Charge 1-guilty plea entered-$25. Charge 2-dismissed.
Paula J. Falconberry, failure to produce insurance card dismissed.
Jamie S. Floyd, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, careless driving, failure to produce insurance card. Not guilty plea entered. Need MVR for April 24.
