The following cases were heard in Trimble County Court the week of March 5-9, 2012.

Felony

Ricky L. Doyle II, tampering with physical evidence; possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Defendant waives to grand jury; amend bond to $1,000 unsecured; remain law abiding; not to possess or consume any illegal drugs.
Andre Armone Emerson, flagrant non-support. Defendant waives to grand jury.
Allen J. Lamar, fugitive from another state, warrant required. Defendant waived extradition to Ind.
David L. Leach, possess of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense; manufacturing methamphetamine, 1st offense, convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause exists; refer to grand jury for potential indictment. Bond remains the same.
Misty L. Owens, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with, 08, aggravator, 1st offense; failure to produce insurance card; failure to or improper signal; fleeing or evading police, 1st degree; unlawful possess of meth precursor, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Defendant to hire attorney for Mar. 20.
Ronald O. Stark, flagrant non-support. Guilty plea entered to amended misdemeanor non-support. 270 days conditionally discharge for 2 years; no new offenses; pay child support as ordered; $153 court cost due today, Mar. 6.
Zachariah M. Waters, unlawful possession of meth precursor, 1st offense; tampering with physical evidence; public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to March 20 for preliminary hearing.
Larry C. Wilson Jr., flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to March 20.

Timothy H. Broughton, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree-2 cases. Continue to March 20.
Barbara M. Carby, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, 2nd offense, drinking alcohol beverage in a public place. Continue to April 3.
Sharon Ann Church, review. Bond assigned and apply to fee and any balance returned to surety.
Kerry L. Coots, review for assessment-2 cases. Proof of assessment due April 3.
Ricky L. Doyle II, giving officer false name or address. Dismissed without prejudice per county attorney.
Eric C. Klink, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Continue to March 20.
Shandi McDowell, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. with .08, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference May 15.
Kaitlyn D. Mitchell, theft by unlawful taking. Continue to March 20.
Misty L. Owen, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to March 20.
Joe D. Parks, theft by unlawful taking. Guilty plea entered. 15 days conditionally discharged for 2 years; no new offenses; stay out of Milton BP store; $155.13 restitution fees and court cost due today.
Robert W. Raisor, no tail lamps, possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree, 1st off, drug unspecified. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference March 20. Must subject to random drug testing; no new offenses; be monitored; remain law abiding; not to possess or consume any illegal drugs.
David Michael Vonch, show cause for $178 due. Ok, paid in full.
Melissa Gale Wackenthaler, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Guilty plea entered. 3 days jail to serve; 1 day jail credit. Waive court cost.

Traffic
Teresa Anderson, inadequate silencer, improper display of registration plates, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle dismissed. Operating on suspended or revoked operators license; failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security 1st offense. Guilty plea entered. 5 days jail-85 days conditionally discharged for 2 years; no new offenses; not to drive without a valid license and insurance; $500 fine; $400 suspended. $243 fine and court cost due July 26.
Michael Bell, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Guilty plea to DUI, 1st offense. 30 day loss of license; attend and complete ADE program with proof of enrollment in ADE April 3. $718 fine and court cost due Nov. 13. Rear license not illuminated merged and dismissed; failure to produce insurance card dismissed per proof. One headlight dismissed per proof of repair.
Francisco J. Berumen-Arteaga, overweight on bridge. Continue to March 20.
Timothy H. Broughton, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to produce insurance card continue to March 20.
Timmy R. Craig, sentencing. $718 fine and court cost pay today; attend and complete ADE program; 30 days loss of privilege to drive in Ky.
Timothy F. Curl, speeding 15 mph over limit; operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense. Continue to April 3.
Scottie Davis, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 2nd or more offenses. Guilty plea entered. $1000 fine with $900 suspended; proof of additional 6 months insurance Aug. 7. $243 fine and court cost due today.
Ethan G. Ellermann, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense, disregarding stop sign, failure to or improper signal. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference May 15.
Sara Estell, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Failed to appear, notify DOT and warrant.
Jennifer S. Forster, failure to wear seat belts, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle. Guilty plea entered. $75 fine due April 3. Failure to notify address change to DOT dismissed per proof.

Katrina S. Hall, no or expired registration plates. Guilty plea entered. $20 fine. No or expired Kentucky registration receipt merged and dismissed. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense amended to failure to maintain insurance, 2nd offense. $1,000 fine; $500 suspended. $663 fine and court cost due April 3 with proof of additional 6 months insurance due June 12.
Paul D. Hankinson, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense, rear license not illuminated. Final pretrial conference April 3; jury trial May 18.
Stephen Jones, disregarding traffic control device, traffic light. Guilty plea entered. State traffic school and $143 court cost due Sept. 4.
Tiffany S. Knowland, failure to produce insurance card amended to failure to maintain insurance, 1st offense. Failed to appear. Notify DOT and issue warrant.
