Alyssa Jackson, manufacturing methamphetamine, 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, buy or possess, endangering the welfare of a minor. Defendant waives to grand jury, waiver signed, refer to grand jury of potential indictment.
Mary McKinney, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to surrender revoked operators license, 1st degree possession of controlled substance, drug unspecified, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Time waiver signed. Remain law abiding, not to possess or consume any illegal drugs, no new offenses. Continue to May 1. Fugitive-warrant not required. Defendant waives extradition to Ind.
Robert W. Raisor, manufacturing methamphetamine, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, endangering the welfare of a minor. Defendant waives to grand jury for potential indictment.
Randy A. Taylor, theft by unlawful taking of auto amended to theft by unlawful taking under $500. Continue to March 13.

Eric Klink, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference March 6.
Daniel McFarland,  unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. No unexcused absences or tardies. Continue to May 1.
Mary Lou McFarland, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. No unexcused absences or tardiness. Continue to May 1.
Amanda Mitchell, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. No unexcused absences or tardiness, remain law abiding.  Continue to May 1.
Kevin L. Shockey, show cause for $918 due. Paid.
Jonathan R. Stockdale, show cause for $100 diversion fee due. Continue to March 6.
David Michael Vonch, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense. Pay $25 by end of day and continue to March 6 to pay in full. If not paid-8 days jail to serve.

Michael Day Bell, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense, rear license not illuminated, failure to produce insurance card. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to March 6.
Timothy H. Broughton, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to produce insurance card. Failed to appear, notify DOT and issue warrant $500 cash.
Melinda Clark, review. Failed to appear. Issue warrant $230 cash.
Scottie Davis, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense amend to failure to maintain required insurance, 2nd offense. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to March 6.

Lorenso M. Hernandez, disregarding stop sign, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card, no operators or moped license, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Failed to appear, warrant for $1,000 cash.
Machiel A. Martin, show cause for $868 due. Continue to March 6 and pay balance in full or 17 days jail to serve.
Eugenio A. Mendoza, review for $1468 due. Failed to appear. Warrant for $1500 cash, no surety.
Jesse O. Peters, speeding 26 mph or over limit, reckless driving. Continue to March 6. Discovery filed.
