Mary McKinney, theft by unlawful taking, promoting contraband, 2nd degree dismissed. Operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to surrender revoked operators, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Pretrial conference Feb. 21.
Robert Newberry, flagrant non-support. Dismissed without prejudice. Defendant is serving 10 year prison sentence.
Christopher Smith, wanton endangerment, 2nd degree. Continue to Feb. 28.
Clinton Smith, speeding 26 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, fleeing or evading police, 1st degree, reckless driving. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Feb. 28.
Randy Taylor, theft by unlawful taking. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Feb. 21.
Richard Troy Thompson, show cause for $153 due. Paid.
Robert Valentine, flagrant non-support. Continue to Feb. 28.
