Heather Marie Riley, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possesses, failure to surrender revoked operators license, controlled substance prescription not in original container, 2nd offense, fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree. Probable cause found, refer to Trimble County grand jury.
Glenda G. Willis. Review. Dismissed without prejudice.

Misdemeanor
Timothy H. Broughton, unlawful transaction with minor, 2nd degree amended to unlawful transaction, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Feb. 28. Theft by unlawful taking. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Feb. 28.
Taylor A. Fox, failed to appear review. Defendant was having contact with victim. Was in courtroom with victim, rode to court with victim. Defendant found to be in violation of bond conditions. Court directed sheriff to place him in custody. Defendant had outstanding warrant.
