Steven Lee Drury, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Probable cause found, refer to Trimble County grand jury.
Emerald Alvin Hoskins Jr., flagrant non-support. Waived to Trimble County grand jury.
Michael K. Jester, show cause for $768 due. Defendant paid $50, continue to Jan. 17 and recall DOT and warrant.
Matthew C. Jones, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Probable cause found, refer to Trimble County grand jury.
Will J. Newby, fugitive from another state-warrant required. Defendant waived extradition.
Ronald Scott, wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Not guilty. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause found, refer to Trimble County grand jury.
Randy A. Taylor, theft by unlawful taking-auto. 20 day waiver. Continue to Jan. 17.

Misdemeanor
Matthew D. Andrew, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Continue to Jan. 17 to schedule for trial.
Quincy J. Goodlett, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Feb. 14.
Steven W. Howard, diversion review. Dismiss per county attorney, pay diversion fee today.
Donna M. Hurt, cruelty to animals-2nd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Jan. 31, recall bench warrant.
Kimberly Kelley, review for signing expungement. Need expungement order.
James Wilbur Lawson, Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree-drug unspecified. Dismissed. Failed to appear review. Recall DOT, close case.
Kaitlyn D. Mitchell, theft by unlawful taking. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Feb. 28.

Carey J. Caple, operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 2nd offense, no or expired registration plates. Final pretrial conference Feb. 14, reschedule trial date Feb. 24.
Jonny R. Chambers, show cause for $188 due. Defendant paid $30; balance of $158 due Jan. 17.
