Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

Joshua A. Jones, fugitive from another state-warrant required. Defendant waived extradition to Indiana.

Robert W. Raisor, manufacturing methamphetamine, 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia to buy or possession, endangering the welfare of a minor. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Jan. 10.
Joshua Stephan Sparrow, flagrant non-support amended to non-support, misdemeanor. Guilty plea entered. 170 days conditionally discharge for 2 years, no new offenses, pay child support as ordered. Apply $1,000 bond to DCS, pay additional $1,000 within 7 days and $153 court cost is due Jan. 24.

Scotty Dewayne Hensley, review. Recall bench warrant and close out.
Joshua A. Jones, failure to produce insurance card, reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree-drug unspecified, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Jan. 24.
Ronald Kornewald, failed to appear review. Apply bond to restitution, fees and court cost. $100 credit towards court costs and close out case.
James Moore, review. Recall bench warrant.
Robert P. Newberry, show cause for $333 due. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $333 cash, no surety.

Traffic

Derrick S. Barnhill, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, 1st offense. Continue to Jan. 10 for trial.
Shawn G. Blanton, speeding 13 mph over limit. Guilty plea entered $169 fine and court cost. Apply bond and refund balance. No or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense dismissed.

Valeria D. Hazelgrove, license to be in possession, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense, no or expired registration plates, one headlight. Failed to appear, notify DOT and issue warrant for $500 cash.
Angela M. Long, failed to appear review. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Jan. 10 with proof of insurance and registration.
