Nanny, 20, killed in Dec. 10 car crash

Speed, weather and alcohol are believed to be contributing factors in a fatal accident Dec. 10 on U.S. 42, according to Carrollton police.

Ronald Nanny, 20, of Fifth Street, Carrollton, was the single occupant in a vehicle that reportedly slid sideways on the pavement and struck two trees before coming to rest near Growers Warehouse, said Assistant Chief Steve Abbott.
