The developers of a subdivided tract of land fronting the Ohio River near Milton are headed back to the drawing board following a special meeting with Trimble County Fiscal Court last Friday.
The seven lots are located on Hwy. 36 east of the Milton city limits. The property, from the estate of the late William Aubrey Jackson, was auctioned as recreational lots on Sept. 22 by former Trimble resident Mike Taylor of Mike Taylor Auctions, acting on behalf of a group of developers led by Madison realtor Scott Lynch.
