Meet the AirMethods Kentucky flight crews, June 4

Air Methods Kentucky will hold an open house for the community to meet the company’s new medical flight crews on Saturday, June 4, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The event will be held at the company’s Trimble County medical helicopter base, located on U.S. 421 South next to the Trimble County EMS and Milton Fire Station 2.

The company will reactivate the medical helicopter base next month. The service cut back its local operation in 2008. The facility later closed, except for occasional helicopter visits.
