30 Years Ago (Oct. 15, 1981)
 A spirited Trimble County Marching Raider Band brought home two trophies for first placements and a second place laudation from participating Saturday at the Adair County Mark Twain Marching Invitational at Columbia, Ky. They will compete Oct. 24 in the Moore High School Invitational at Louisville against 14 Class A bands.
The Trimble County Marching Raiders Band will hold a chili supper Friday evening, Oct. 16 at the TCMS Cafeteria.

Eldred Fisher had a community cookout and hay ride Saturday night, Oct. 10.
