Local nursing home elders share in once-in-a-lifetime Myrtle Beach adventure

Last month, about 100 elders and caregivers from Signature HealthCARE nursing homes, including Signature of Trimble County, embarked on a vacation to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with one thing in mind: the adventure of a lifetime.
