Leland G. “Buddy” Jackson, 82, Madison, Ind., died Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born Sept. 21, 1929 in Bedford to the late Robert and Mary Anderson Jackson.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Ruth Ann Frolks Jackson, Madison; one son, Douglas Jackson, Madison; one daughter, Kathy Hillstrand, Versailles, Ind.; his sisters, Erma VanHoy, Mooresville, Ind.; Ann Guin, Tyler, Texas; three grandchildren: three great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
