KSP charity event to benefit Trooper Island

The Third Annual Kentucky State Police Trooper Island Charity Shoot will be held Saturday, July 30, at the Elk Creek Hunt Club, 1860 Georgetown Road, Owenton. All proceeds will benefit the KSP Trooper Island Camp.

The registration fee for the main event, sporting clays, is $65. The registration fee for the 3D archery shoot is $25.

The European rotation starts at 9 a.m. and must be finished shooting by 4 p.m. Numerous prizes will be awarded
