Joy Mikesell Cable, 78

Joy Mikesell Cable, age 78, of Milton, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the home of her daughter in Carrollton. Joy entered this life on Aug. 3, 1934 in Anderson, Ind. She was the loving daughter of the late, Printice Roosevelt and Hazel Lee Covington Cable. She was raised in Lancaster, Ind. and attended school there. On Oct. 21, 1949 she was united in marriage to Garrett Robert Cable in Lancaster, Ind. This happy union was blessed with two daughters and three sons. The family moved to Milton, Ky., in 1951 and resided there the rest of her life.
