Henry man faces charges after 27-mile pursuit

An attempt to make a traffic stop of a motorcycle on traffic infractions late Thursday led to a multiple-county pursuit. The pursuit ended with the arrest of 62-year-old Campbellsburg resident James H. Fields on multiple charges.

According to Trimble County Sheriff Tim Coons, Kentucky State Trooper Brodie Jodry was on routine patrol traveling on Hwy. 55 near the Trimble/Carroll County line when at about 10:38 p.m. he encountered Fields on a motorcycle speeding and traveling without the headlamps illuminated.
