Hearing for LG&E application for fly ash landfill is tomorrow, 7 p.m

Louisville Gas & Electric Company and KU Services Company has submitted an application to the Energy and Environment Cabinet, Division of Waste Management, in Frankfort to construct a special waste landfill at the LG&E Trimble County Generating Station at Wises Landing on the Ohio River.

The Cabinet has scheduled a public hearing to be held ontomorrow evening, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. at the Trimble County Extension Office, 43 High County Lane in Bedford.

All concerned residents are encouraged to attend the hearing
