Hanover woman is accident victim

The Kentucky State Police is investigating a fatal collision that occurred Friday in Carroll County resulting in the death of a Hanover, Ind., woman. Through investigation, troopers determined that a vehicle driven by Reba Kaltenbacher crossed the centerline near Nugent Sand on Hwy. 36 and impacted an oncoming commercial vehicle head-on.
