Starting the week of Aug. 11, Kentucky residents can order the license plate that supports Autism Awareness. It is the Girl Scout project of an Oldham County teen-ager, Natalie Pope. She completed all of the Girl Scout prerequisites necessary, she designed the license plate, she took orders and followed the “red” tape all the way to the end. This process has taken Natalie about a year and a half to complete.
