Flood waters drown Milton City Park

Portions of downtown Milton, mostly in and around City Park, were submerged with the Ohio River overflowed it's banks last week. The river crested Sunday, March 13, at 50.5 feet at Markland Dam, just a half-foot below flood stage. See photos for more on this story.
