In a special meeting Monday, Trimble County Fiscal Court
approved a $71,800 bid from Harp Enterprises to supply the county with 15 paper-ballot scanning machines and 13 compatible direct-reading electronic voting machines, which will be used by county voters in the May Primary. Harp was the sole bidder.
The package also contains a desktop PC and a laptop PC and other peripherals, as well as maintenance and preparation for each election. No additional maintenance fees are involved.
