Time Changes this Sunday!
Kentucky Press News Service
Daylight Savings Time comes to an end this weekend with the return of Standard Time. At 2 a.m. Sunday, clocks will be turned backward one
hour. At that moment, the time will become 1 a.m. Standard Time. The best practice, of course, is just to set clocks backward one hour before going to bed Saturday night. The time will then be correct when you awaken Sunday. And that means you should get an extra hour of sleep -- at least theoretically.
