Facility appreciates firefighter response

The management, staff, and clients of New Horizons Assisted Living would like to thank Ghent Fire Department Assistant  Chief Robert Hofmman and his dedicated volunteers for the quick and professional response to a fire alarm here at our facility.  We are thankful that we did not have a fire, however, a malfunction in one of our fire suppression systems set off the alarm that required Ghent fire to respond.  Our staff quickly evacuated clients to a holding area to ensure everyone was safe and accounted for.
