Driver crashes into parked cars

Trimble County Sheriff’s Deputy Bo Simpson takes notes while investigating a multiple-vehicle wreck on West Street on Courthouse Square in downtown Bedford on Monday, Nov. 1.  Sheriff Tim Coons said William Hoover of Providence, Ky., was driving a sedan that struck two parked cars. Witnesses said Hoover was backing out of a space on Spring Street when the car careened into a parked Chevrolet Avalanche owned by Shelli Ratcliff of Madison, Ind.
