District to move forward with Winn, Cartmell building projects

Despite tough economic times and talk of another funding cut by the state, plans continue to move forward for renovations and additions at Kathryn Winn and Cartmell Elementary.

During the Dec. 18 Board of Education meeting, Ron Murrell of RossTarrant Architects presented a projected timeline showing the work could be completed  as early as August 2011.
