FELONIES

Martin T. Bayne, failed to appear review. Amend bond to $175 unsecured and continue to Dec. 14 for payment in full.
Albert A. Berressem, review. Apply $30 to sheriff’s fee if not paid.
Justin Clark, Wanton endangerment, 1st degree, police officer, fleeing or evading police, 1st degree, operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Waived to grand jury signed; amend bond to $2500 at 10% cash.
Steven M. Jaggers, flagrant non-support. Preliminary hearing Nov. 9.
Michael Linton, show cause for $200. Paid $50 today, continue to Nov. 30.
Brandon T. McDowell, Burglary, 2nd degree. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause exists. Refer to grand jury for potential indictment.
Kristin Middeler, sentencing continued to Dec. 14.
Troy J. Pollock, cruelty to animals, 2nd degree; wanton endangerment, 1st degree-5 counts; burglary, 1st degree. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Nov. 16.
Kayla Purvis, burglary, 2nd degree; operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Nov. 9.
Dennis Carl Wright, cultivation of marijuana, 4 or more plants, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to amended charge of possession of marijuana. 12 months probated for 2 years; $2500 contribution to asset forfeiture fund thru TC Sheriff’s Dept. due Dec. 14; $143 court cost due Dec. 14. Tampering with physical evidence merged and dismissed.

MISDEMEANORS

James G. Byers Jr., harassing communications. Diversion-pass for 12 months and if no problems will dismiss. No contact with Amanda Byers. Apply bond to $100 division fee. Review Nov. 1.
Stephen Chilton, review for diversion. Dismiss, successful diversion.
Brad L. Church, show cause for proof of AA meetings. Continue to Nov. 30.
Sharon Ann Church, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Not guilty plea entered. Amend bond to $1,000 unsecured; remain law abiding; not to have any contact with Brad Church; not to consume or possess any alcohol; continue to Nov. 30 for pretrial conference.
James Cunningham, continue to Nov. 30.
James A. Hodge, review. Failed to appear; issue warrant $150 cash, no surety.
Brian K. McClain, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st & 2nd offense. Continue to Nov. 16.
Jonathan D. McIntyre, review. Pretrial conference Nov. 30.
Brenda C. Middeler, review. Order of expungement signed.
Frederick Potter III, review. Order of expungement granted.
Charlie Ann Roland, sentencing. 10 days jail, credit for 1; balance of 180 days conditional for 2 years; pay restitution of $161.88 by April 5; court suspends $393 fine and court cost for 2 years; no new offenses; pay restitution as ordered; stay off Midway Stop N Go and Bedford Stop N Go.
Jonathan D. Scroggins, failed to appear review. Proof of counseling in file. Apply bond to fine and court cost of $393 and refund balance.
Heather Stoehr, criminal mischief, 3rd degree; theft by unlawful taking; terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Nov. 30.
Everett C. Sullivan, assault 4th degree no visible injury, harassing communications. Diversion-pass for 6 months and if no problems will dismiss; remain law abiding; release bond per $500 assignment to Attorney Bourne; apply bond to $100 diversion fee and balance to defendant. Review April 5.
Ronnie M. Turner, diversion review. Dismiss, successful diversion.

TRAFFIC

Jon B. Buchanan, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense; failure to produce insurance card. Pretrial conference Nov. 30.
Kristen R. Carlston, sentencing. Failed to appear. Notify DOT.
Ricky A. Carter, defendant to have insurance and license. Continue to Nov. 30.
Kerry L. Coots, show cause for $483, and compliance in ADE program. Continue to April 5; court no longer monitors ADE.
Kimberly A. Fornash, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Continue to Nov. 16.
Taylor Fox, show cause for $300. Failed to appear, issue warrant for $330 cash, no surety.

Lowell E. Terry, review. Failed to appear; issue warrant for $500 cash and proof of ADE compliance.
Matthew A. Young, review. Failed to appear; issue warrant for $500 cash and proof of ADE compliance.

Estate of Maurice Ray Staples. Review. Order signed.
