Carroll man arrested on sex-related charges

Kentucky State Police arrested a Carroll County man on several sex-related charges. Principe Llerena 23, of 168 Floyd St., was arrested on March 22 at about 11:30 a.m. at the Kentucky State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg by Detective Steve Goodale.

Llerena was charged with six counts of third degree rape, six counts of third degree sodomy and two counts of first degree sexual abuse. The charges stem from several encounters Llerena allegedly had with three teenage girls over the past year, according to a news release.
