Man arrested after
found in empty plant
A man apprehended in the former Parthenon Steel plant July 16 after a burglar alarm was activated was charged with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony, and possession of burglary tools, a Class A misdemeanor.
The incident occurred at 10 p.m. at the plant, located at 252 Jay Louden Road, according to a report filed by Carroll County Deputy Sheriff Jim Hamilton.
