Carrollton Rotary Club meets every Wednesday at noon at Butler Park lodge.

AA Big Book study group meets every Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Carrollton Christian Church, 310 Fifth St.

Cartmell Elementary School Site Based Decision Making Council meets at 3:30 p.m. at the school.

Bingo every Wednesday night at the American Legion, Post No. 41 at 123 Fifth St. in Carrollton. Doors open at 6 p.m., Bingo starts at 7 p.m. All are welcome.

Carroll County Tobacco Festival holds its Miss Pre-Teen pageant at 6 p.m. under the tent on the courthouse lawn.

Champions for a drug free Carroll County meets every fourth Thursday at the library at 11:30 a.m. All are invited, new members and sponsors needed.

Carroll County Tobacco Festival starts today and is open from 5-11 p.m. on the Courthouse Square and downtown Carrollton. Carnival amusements, food vendors, live music and a silent auction.

Weight Watchers meets at 5:30 p.m. at the United Pentecostal Church, 2505 Highland Ave. Fee. Weigh-in begins at 5 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 27

Community Picnic will be held from noon to 6 p.m. at the Carroll County Fairgrounds by Family Worship Center. Free food and drinks, inflatables, antique tractor pull, music, horse pull, pony rides, horse show and car show.

Monday, Sept. 28

Al-Anon meets for family or friends of alcoholics at 2 p.m., Carrollton Christian Church, 310 Fifth Street, enter through back door from parking lot.
